Encouraging Peace in Sri LankaOn December 24, representatives of the Co-Chairs of the Sri Lanka Donors Group, from Japan, the European Community, Norway and the United Kingdom met with Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam leaders in Kilinocchi, Sri Lanka to urge an immediate end to violence and to encourage them to engage positively with the government in peace talks. The United States, also one of the Co-Chairs, reiterates this message in the strongest possible terms. We are deeply concerned about the continued erosion of Sri Lanka’s 4-year-old cease-fire as marked by the recent series of violent incidents.
The United States recognizes that a lasting peace in Sri Lanka can only be achieved by Sri Lankans. We call on both sides to embrace peace and work together to build a future for Sri Lanka that is prosperous and secure.

Releasing a press statement does not guarantee Peace.
The world leaders are taking action against Global Warming;
But they just ignore Global Violence.
You don't need to take any action to protect
the Planet Earth from Global Warming.
Just keep ignoring the Global Violence.
Naturally people will be dead with ineffective war.
Very soon, there will be no Human Beings on Planet Earth.
Automatically, Global Warming issue will be gone.
It is a very irresponsible act of the Global Leaders.
Atleast America issued a press statement.
But India can not do that too.
So, Sri Lanka, you need to wake up the world.
For a change, act in a different way.
Don't Kill them.
When you kill a Human Being, he/she will be dead.
Once they are dead, then they can not speak.
So, there will be no Language.
So, you can not differentiate dead bodies based on Language.
Dead bodies are just dead bodies.
And the world, do not count dead bodies.
So, any news from Sri Lanka, this many people killed,
is not a NEWS at all.
People are so used to this Sri Lanka killing news,
so no one expressed any surprise or shock or concern.
The person working on the graveyard is so used to death.
People are almost like that graveyard worker.
So, any death news from Sri Lanka - People just ignore it.
When they read headlines, 50 Tigers are dead,
they just moved on to next news.
At the same time, when they read Tiger in the zoo is dead,
then they express their real concern.
So, you need to change your strategy.
You need to shock the World - by Living.
Shock the world with - Living Human Being.
So, don't kill anyone.
Capture them alive and have them as POW.
POW - Prisoners of War.
Then the world will understand the fact that
what is going on in Sri Lanka is not terrorism;
It is a war for their freedom.
So, capture them alive and treat them well.
Even a single life - will bring CNN to your doorstep.
Don't kill anybody.
When they are alive, they will come for negotiation.
As you go up, capture the President alive,
perhaps he may sign on the dotted line.
Think Different; Act Different;
Stop Killing; Start Living...Now;
