We need to make the three pillars of Democracy, Executive, Legislative, Judicial as Autonomous, Accountable, Performing and Effective. Let People directly elect the President of India. Let the President of India be the Effective CEO of the nation. Let the President of India be stable for his/her term, say five years. Let the President of India be Responsible to take the country forward. Let the President of India have the Authority to execute his tasks. Let the President of India form the cabinet with Civil Services Officers as Secretary of Finance, Education, etc. For Legislative, let People directly elect their Representatives. The Executive power of the President is balanced with the Legislative power. So its time to reform the Constitution of India.
