This Freedom is the Reward for your Excellent Performance
as the Effective Leader of the Legislative Branch.

In fact, it started as a test on Manmohanji's stability;
but ended as a test on your Integrity and Leadership qualities.

Crisis demands Great Leadership.

Who are the Great Leaders?

Leaders who make Decision!

What kind of Decision?

There are two kinds of decisions.

First kind is: Decision Acceptable to Others.
Second kind is: Right Decision.

To make the first kind of decision,
it doesn't demand Great Leadership Qualities.

Any Tom, Dick and Harry can make
the Decision, Acceptable to Others.

To make the second kind of decision,
that is, Right Decision...

That is not an easy job.

Making the Right Decision at the time of Crisis,
only Great Leaders can do it.

Somnathji, You did it.

You did make the Right Decision.

Again, the fact is,
only freeman can make the Right Decision.

You came out of the Party Cage;
You put the Nation above all other things;
You have the People of India as your primary concern;

That action naturally helps you to make the Right Decision.

It is not an Easy Decision;
It must have been a tough one;

But you did it.

In this course, you might have lost a few friends.
But you win the hearts of the People of India.

In fact, Your action will be a Model for the future generations.
