Rajapakse with full support of Manmohan Singh
will eliminate Prabaharan soon.

Manmohan Singh can not force Cease Fire in Sri Lanka.
But Manmohan Singh can request Rajapakse to consider Cease Fire.

It should not be the case that Manmohan Singh had never discussed
about Cease Fire with Rajapakse.

It is the responsibility of Manmohan Singh to let the world know
that he did request Rajapakse for the Cease Fire;
But Rajapakse refused Manmohan Singh's request.

For Cease Fire in Sri Lanka:
Manmohan Singh can only request Rajapakse.
Manmohan Singh can not force any thing on Rajapakse.

Alternatively, Manmohan Singh can pardon Prabaharan.

Pardoning Prabaharan - is India's choice.

Rajapakse can not interfere on this decision.

If India pardons Prabaharan, Prabaharan
may go to United Nations and present his case.

As soon as Prabaharan leaves Sri Lanka, the war will be over.

Pardoning Prabaharan is total India's decision.

If India is not willing to pardon, then Manmohan Singh
has to clearly declare that: Prabaharan Wanted. Dead or Alive

India can no longer pretend to be a Gentleman and
play tricks by joining hands with Rajapakse.

So, the conclusion is:

Manmohan Singh did not request Rajapakse for a Cease Fire.

Manmohan Singh is not willing to pardon Prabaharan.

Manmohan Singh supports Military action against Prabaharan.

Manmohan Singh extends full support to Rajapakse
to eliminate Prabaharan soon.

The choices are:
Cease Fire by Rajapakse; Or
Pardoning Prabaharan by Manmohan Singh.

By not taking the right decision and right action,
constitutionally and morally,
Manmohan Singh and Rajapakse are responsible
for the current killings in Sri Lanka.
