The crisis in Andhra is a constitutional crisis. Who is the CEO? Who is the Chief Minister? Is this gentleman still the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh? Does he still have enough number count? Does he still enjoy the support of enough MLAs? So many MLAs have already resigned; Is still the Andhra Assembly alive or dead?
With these many questions, how can you run the government in the state? Do those civil services executives and police officers have any respect for the Chief Executive of the state? It is a constitutional crisis. How do those police and other officers will execute the orders from these unstable Chief Minister?
There is a very simple and easy way to achieve your objective. Do you want Telangana? It is so simple. Our government is built on number counts. To achieve your objective, all you need is, enough number counts. That means, enough MLAs.
If you have 100 MLAs in your pocket; that is more than enough. Don't let them resign; that is no use. Make effective use of those numbers. If you have 100 MLAs, just bring down the Chief Minister. It is simple. Get the signature of those 100 MLAs and give a petition to the Governor. Bring a no-confidence motion against the Chief Minister and let him go home.
Then, naturally, Governor will ask you to become the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Once you become the Chief Minister of Andhra, then you can introduce the bill to divide the state. With your MLAs count, just pass the bill and have your Telangana.
The truth is, once you become the Chief Mnister of Andhra, you will never divide the state. You will try to be the leader of United Andhra Pradesh. That is Gandhi's formula; not this gandhi; the original Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Had Jinna become the Prime Minister of India, he would have given up the demand of the partition. That Gandhi tried to unite; this gandhi divides.
Whenever there is a crisis, Supreme Court is the best choice. They don't offer any solution; but they do help you to come out of crisis. Just ask someone to file a case against Telangana and another person in favor of Telangana. That is it. Your great grand kids may get the verdict on this case.
Test all the system of our governments. Challenge them; Challenge each and every part of our system. Let the people of India know the defects. Let the people of India try to find the root cause. Don't just treat the symptoms and declare the nation as a healthy nation.
Understand the cause; root cause of all the defects in the system; then analyse and identify the best treatment. Treat the cause and make the country healthy.
Who does make important decisions? Who makes the decision to divide a state? Is the central or state government make the decision to divide a state? Then, who is the central government? Is the President or the Prime Minister or the Parliamanet or all together?
Who is accountable for the current crisis in Andhra? Who made this decision? Who is responsible for the current crisis? Who has the authority to make such decision? Why was it not discussed in the parliament?
It is very dangerous, if the system allow anyone to have total and complete Authority; and no Responsibility; and no Accountability. That situation is known as - Dictatorship.
Dictators have full Authority; zero Responsibility; and Accountable to none.
