தேவுடா! தேவுடா!! ஏழுமலை தேவுடா;

சூடுடா சூடுடா எங்க பக்கம் சூடுடா;

எங்காள் உள்ளங்கள், எல்லாமே வைரங்கள்;

சக்தியெல்லாம் ஒன்று சேர்ந்தாலே

இந்தியா உருவாகுமே, வளர்ந்த தேசம் என்று

இன்றைக்கு ஒருங்கிணைந்த ஆந்திரா வேண்டும்; ஆந்திராவை பிளவுபடுத்தாதீர்கள் என்று மாபெரும் மக்கள் சக்தி உருவாகி இருக்கிறது. இந்த மக்கள் சக்தியின், மிகச்சிறந்த அம்சம் என்னவென்றால், மக்களின் பிரதிநிதிகள் - மக்களின் உண்மையான பிரதிநிதிகளாக சுடர்விடுகின்றனர். ஜொலிக்கிறார்கள். கட்சி கூண்டிலிருந்து முழுச்சுதந்திரம் அடைந்து, வானத்தில் வட்டமிட்டு வருகிறார்கள்.

கட்சி, தலைமை, எல்லாத்தையும்விட, மக்கள்தான் முக்கியம் என்ற உண்மையை உணர்ந்து விட்டார்கள்; உணர்ந்தது மட்டும் அல்லாது, தங்களது கருத்தை, அச்சம், பயம் இன்றி, மக்களவையில் நிலைநிறுத்தி இருக்கின்றார்கள்.

இன்று, மக்களவையில், மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள், மக்களின் உண்மையான பிரதிநிதிகளாக இருக்கின்றார்கள்; அருமையான தருணம்; இந்த வாய்ப்பை நழுவவிடக் கூடாது.

Why, just United Andhra? Let's have United States of India.

The following resolution will be taken for discussion in the Lok Sabha;
Let the members of the parliament discuss and pass the resolution.

1. First resolution, asking Dr. Abdul Kalam to lead a convention with the purpose to rewrite the Constitution. The delegates to the convention may include Somnath Chatterji, T.N.Seshan, Narayana Murty and other senior citizens of the country. Since the spark was ignited in Andhra Pradesh, let us have the convention in quiet places like Sriharikota. The Sriharikota Convention voted to keep the debates secret, so that the delegates could speak freely. They also decided to draft a new fundamental government design.

2. Second resolution: with immediate effect, the executive power is completely transferred from the Prime Minister to The President of India. This resolution also request the current President to step down and appoint Dr. Manmohan Singh as the first effective executive President of India.

3. Third resolution: Once Dr. Manmohan Singh becomes the effective executive President of India, the Prime Minister and other cabinet ministers post are eliminated. Historically, Dr. Manmohan Singh is the last Prime Minister of India.

4. The effective executive President of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh will have full freedom to choose his cabinet members. They will be called as Secretaries. Since there is no King, no need for Ministers.

5. The legislative branch will be separated totally from the executive branch. All the people's representatives will serve in the legislative branch with total freedom

6. Once the Sriharikota convention finalized the new constitution, there will be an election for the President of India. People will directly elect the President of India. This election will be held in November 2010.

7. Let us have FIVE years term for the President of India. Election will be held every five years, 2010, 2015, 2020...

8. Following the same pattern, in the states, all the current Chief Minister will become the Governor of the state.

9. We already have magnificent Rashtrapati Bhavan; we don't need to call as, White House. The President Dr. Manmohan Singh and first lady will move into Rashtrapati Bhavan. In states, we have Raj Bhavan.
