Amazing transformation has happened in India. Transformation has happened on each individual. The transformation turned India upside down.

The transformation, it is not a gradual evolution; but it is a revolution.

Revolution happens at once; on realization of truth.

Usually, revolution, in general, is external; bloody and violent.

But, here in India, the revolution is internal; it happens in the mind of each individual. So it is not at all violent; not even violent in words or expression.

On realization of truth, the transformation happens in the mind. That transformation is light. When the light is on, darkness disappears. So, everything starts with truth.

Truth.

Realization of truth.

Revolution in the mind.

Transformation.

Light.

Darkness disappears.

You don't need to work hard to remove darkness. Light the candle. Darkness will go away naturally.

Truth is Truth. Nothing higher than truth; or greater than truth; or replacement to truth.

It's so obvious; the quality of the content in Indian newspapers have reached new and greater heights. Newspaper and media are the reflection of the mind of individual. When the individuals are transformed, media also got transformed. The newspapers have become very valuable; for its content, newspapers may be preserved. The price of the newspapers may be ignored.

The press conference, interviews, parliamentarians speech, experts views; everyone may not agree; but their perspective; and its justification - wonderful, amazing. All colors in the rainbow are not the same; but the whole spectrum is awesome.

First and foremost change is, the focus is now shifted from organization to leadership. People of India now demand very high leadership qualities with integrity and character. Nobody cares about organizations; whether it is big or small; new or ancient doesn't matter.

Here are a few emerging leaders in India: Team Sonia; Team Mamta; Team Mayawathi; Team Jayalalitha; Team Lalu. Once there were, Team Vajbayee and Team Jyothi Basu; but not anymore.

In ancient times, there were no communication facilities; so there was a need for organization. The party volunteers did take the message from their leaders and delivered to the public. Now, the communication tools are very effective. Each and every action of the leaders instantaneously reach the entire world. Leaders don't need organization and its volunteers. In fact, in this time period, the party workers; they are no longer volunteers; are burden to the leaders. Leaders are responsible for the mistakes of their party workers.

Second important thing is: when a bill is not passed in the Parliament, demanding for the resignation of the Chief Executive. That is a defect in the constitution. Stability for five years, that is absolute necessity. Stability is needed for anyone to perform; we give so much responsibility to lead the nation to the Prime Minster; and if we don't provide the minimum stability for five years, how can he perform

The President in United States, sends a bill to congress; congress reject it; the President is not going home. Stability for four years is guaranteed. We don't provide stability to the Prime Minister; but give so much responsibility to the Prime Minister; and absolutely no authority to the Prime Minister. Nobody can perform in this condition.

So, whether a bill is approved or rejected; that has nothing to do with the stability of the Chief Executive. The election commission should take this initiative. Everyone take all initiative how to stop the criminals from entering into Parliament and other public institutions. But nobody pay any attention, how can we make these institutions effective; so that leaders with high qualities come forward and deliver excellent performance.

Third important thing is: leaders are emerging to unite the nation; not to divide the nation. That is a healthy sign. People completely and totally reject the idea of division; people do support the integration. Leaders, think nationally and act locally. That is a welcome change.

Last, but not the least. You may be a Member of Parliament; elected from a constituency in Bengal. When you are in Parliament, not only your family members; not only people of your constituency; not only people of your state; but also the people from rest of India, is watching your performance. Your performance on the floor of Parliament will impact all citizens of India. You are making decision on the floor of Parliament for the whole India.

So, you have greater responsibility than you think. You are not limited by your constituency; not limited by your state; you are India. Realize the truth and act as per your conscience.
