Wrong Way.

Instead of saying Thank God or Good Heavens; let us say, Thank you, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

All is not well; and all is not bad. At least, one thing is working right. That is, Judicial Branch.

Judicial Branch in India, still functions effectively. The Judge, still go to the Court; listen to arguments; then make their final verdict; and deliver it as judgment.

Surprisingly, the Supreme Court judges, do not meet at Kaka Ka Dhaba at Connaught Place in Delhi; discuss about the cases; and make final judgment. Thank you, Mohandas.

The Madras High Court judges, do not meet at the Marina beach; have coconut, mango, pattani, sundal; discuss about the cases; and make final judgment. Thank you, Karamchand.

The Madurai High Court judges, do not meet on the steps at the Lotus flower pond in Meenakshi Temple; have seedai, murukku, athirsam; discuss about the cases; and make final judgment. Thank you, Gandhi.

The fact is, we make the Legislative Branch ineffective. Both ways or wrong ways. Having demonstrations on the street, is not the right way. Having all party meeting, is also not the right way.

All these acts are unconstitutional and it is a misuse; abuse; and insult to the Constitution of India.

The demonstrators on the street are not constitutionally authorized by the people of India. Similarly, the members in the all party meeting, are not constitutionally authorized by the people of India.

Both ways are the same; and against Constitution of India.

People of India, did cast their vote and elected their representatives. Those representatives are constitutionally authorized by the people of India. Only those representatives can discuss on the floor of the Parliament and make a decision in the Parliament. That is the right way.

There are not several right ways. Right way is only one way. All other ways are wrong ways.

Then, why do you conduct elections? Elections have become meaningless. People, with great responsibility stand in the line; cast their vote; elect their representative; to represent them in the Parliament. Any attempt to have discussion on national issues outside of the Parliament is an insult to the people of India.

In China, decisions are made at the party head quarters; they don't make decisions at the Parliament. Having discussions and making decisions at the all party meeting is as closer to the China way of functioning.

What is the problem? Why don't we make our legislative effective? Why don't we give freedom to those members of parliament? Why don't we allow them to express their views?

Just give each member five minutes to talk about the issue; the current issue is about the Lokpal. Let them speak. People of India will watch the performance of their representatives. Some of the members of the parliament are capable of delivering new, fresh and excellent views on policies. Allow them to talk. Democracy is all about freedom of speech and expression.

We misuse our members of parliament. We use them only to make noises on the floor. Most of the party leaders are kind of scared. These members of parliament may deliver impressive speech on current issues and may win the confidence of the people. True leaders don't be afraid of the performances of their followers. In fact, true leaders empower their followers and help them to excel in their performances.

When we make the Legislative branch effective, all the demonstrations in the street will go away. We can discuss and build a good nation for the future generations. Let us build the future, now.
