Then offer buy one, get one free. Then special discount on day after Thanksgiving; such as, Black Friday. People go to the shop at 4 am in the morning to take advantage of special discount.

You build all these kinds of crazy thing and expect people to have peace of mind. People go crazy and get all kinds of anxieties. Then you suggest them to take Yoga and Meditation to control their mental stress.

Manmohanji, don't be a copy cat. Do we need to copy them for everything. One hundred percent direct investment. What next? Will NASA start managing our space operations?

Let our Nair go to each town in America and open up a tea shop. Let our auto drivers go to America and operate as Local Transportation Service providers. Let our Muniyandi, Ponnusamy go to America and open up restaurants on each town. Let our tailors, barbers go to America. They will build a sustainable economy; with total and complete recession and depression proof.

Our model is wonderful service based society. A family with monthly income around 50,000 rupees, employ one maid servant to clean the house; one for cooking; one for driving the vehicle.

There the guy making million dollar don't have any help from others. He drives the car; he vacuum his house; he does his laundry. They need to change. Rich need to employ their people for help.

Government cannot create jobs. People create jobs. Rich people employ poor people to help them on day to day activities. They need to adopt our model. We don't need to go after them.

The kind of economy boom, they had in the beginning of the Internet; if we had those kind of boom, we would have sustained for the next one hundred years without any worries.

What do we have, is steady economy growth without losing much of the basic human values. Let us be satisfy with it. Let us not inflate the human lives. Then human will undergo inflation, recession and depression in their mind and heart. Already on the talk show, the younger generations taking about spending hours together in front of the mirror trying out with various cosmetics. They avoid drinking water or eating food to save their lipsticks.

Indians living abroad have started entering into non-IT sectors. They are not taking risks; they see the opportunities and build an enterprise business on it. Some of them made their fortune in the IT sector and come out of it and trying new venture in other sectors. They find these new opportunities are rewarding. The new sectors refresh and relax their mind.

Many millionaires of Indian origin invest in green energy; organic agricultural activities; organic farms. They are now farmers in California. They wear jeans; operate agricultural engineering equipments; use laptop and other wi-fi tools. They effectively plan their agricultural activities. They collect a minimum of three months weather forecast from the government agency and plan their farm crop according to the weather forecast. They use all kinds of IT tools; just like project management; they effectively manage their farm activities. They do develop their skills on water management; farm workers management and all related activities.

Farmers; no longer refer to a man with dhoti; carrying his plough on shoulder; going to field along with his buffalo. Agriculture is science; agriculture is engineering; agriculture is management. Youth in jeans will do agriculture.

Many IT professionals of Indian origin, got bored with their computer jobs; quit the job; open up grocery shops all over America. They name their grocery shops like, Namaste Plaza; India Fresh; Bharat Bazaar and so on. Many have started restaurants like, SpiceHut, Shalimar, Udupi, Madras Cafe and so on.

The fact is, educated youth are now ready to take up any challenges. They are not just looking for white collar jobs. They have entrepreneurship and innovation. They are not taking risks; they see opportunities and take it.

One guy was laid off. He tried for job; couldn't get one. Then he took a job as taxi driver. Surprisingly he made more money in driving cab. A few months after, he got another computer job. This time he rejected the offer and continue to enjoy the freedom as taxi driver. Now he owns a cab company and employs more than ten drivers.

One billionaire of Indian origin; he bought a huge wine farm. Cut off and remove the entire grapes plants. Built around six cricket field. He is now promoting cricket in America.

Come out of your frozen mindset like, farmers are poor; looking for free fund from government. Farmers in jeans is the emerging trend in India. Right there in Punjab, a farmer was buying many washing machines from the dealers. The dealer was so surprised. Why does he need so many washing machines? He was curious. He asked the farmer. Farmer invited the dealer to visit his farm. The dealer was so surprised. The farmer is using the washing machines to churn the milk into butter and also for lassi churning.

So, the youths are now ready to take up any challenges in any sectors. Farmers in jeans is happening in India right now. Grocery shop owners, vegetable shop owners - youth in jeans have already in those sectors. Transformation has started happening a long time ago. The results are now showing up.

It is like, having butter on hand; but desperately looking for ghee. Just melt the butter; you will get the ghee.

on a side note: People think that, Milk, Butter, Ghee, Milk sweets, all are vegetarian. The fact is, they are animal fat.
