It was a mistake on KS. Ravikumar.
After having done so many movies with Rajini,
KSR assumed and took Rajini for granted that
Rajini will ok his story line.
KSR felt, that was just an other opportunity from his friend Rajini.
Rajini gave him a wonderful opportunity and time for Jakkubai discussion.
Instead of assuming, KSR should have sensed that it is not going anywhere
and immediately should have given Rajini, an alternative.
KSR missed it.
Even now, KSR has been complaining about the GodFather producer.
KSR should be proactive than reacitve.
On the other hand, Vaasu felt that, it was a Golden Opportunity from Guruvayoorappan.
Vaasu made the best use of it.
Vaasu surprised everyone. Vaasu gave his life's best performance in Chandrmukhi.
In Search of Excellence, Rajini proved that,
he always seek for the best performance and reward it.
Also Rajini will not hesitate to punish for (no) or bad performance.
That is the leadership quality.
Great Leaders do not hesitate to try new projects like Jakkubai.
Great Leaders do not hesitate to drop that too, if it doesn't show progress.
Great Leaders always focus on Performance.
Great Leaders always seek for the best performance.
It is still not too late for KSR.
KSR has given the best performance too.
KSR should focus on the professional relationship
rathar than keeping hope on the personal friendship.
Instead of waiting to be called by Rajini,
KSR should just work on the best story line and then approach Rajini.
If Rajini gets a chance to give an another mega hit, he will not hesitate.
