Ineffective War!
Effective War lasts only for a Week

Ineffective War lasts for ever.
To execute an effective war, you need:
1. Leader with great leadership qualities.
2. Leader needs Stability, Authority and Responsibility.
3. Leader needs to motivate, inspire his team members.
4. Leader is accountable and responsible for the Result.
5. Leader needs to constantly review the Strategy.
6. If necessary, leader need the courage to make changes.

Leadership Qualities

Both the President of Sri Lanka and the Civil War Leader has the leadership qualities.
Otherwise they could not have reached their current positions.

President of Sri Lanka won the confidence of his party members
and legislative members and became the President.

The Civil War Leader won the confidence of his people
and emerge as a leader for his people.

Stability, Authority & Responsibility

The President has no Stability even for five years.
He may be asked to go home on any day by those Legislative members.

The Civil War Leader is stable for more than 25 years.
Still for many years to come, he enjoys the stability.

The President has no authority. Those Legislative members constantly
challenging the authority of the President.

The Civil War Leader has the authority.
He has no one challenging his authority.

The President has the responsibility of the safety, security,
welfare and economic development of the People of Sri Lanka.
Responsibility without Stability & Authority is ineffective management.

The Civil War Leader has no responsibility about the safety, security,
welfare and economic development of the people of his region.
Stability, Authority without any Responsibility is also ineffective management.

Inspiration, Motivation - Team Members

The Civil War Leader has the better skills than the President in
inspiring, motivating his team members.

Leaders are Accountable, Responsible for the Result

Both the President & the Civil War Leader are accountable and
responsible for the lose of lives and the current state of the country.

Current Strategy

All the previous and the current President of Sri Lanka has only one strategy;
that is elimination of the Civil War Leader. This strategy has been a failure.

The Civil War Leader's strategy is to partition the island.
Again no one has successfully partitioned a physically united land.
The partition strategy is also a failure.

Winning Strategy

The President of Sri Lanka should focus on the economic development of the nation.
Instead of acquiring new military equipment, improve the roadways,
railways and other infrastructure of the nation.

If you work with the right strategy, you can win the support of the world people.

There has been a military coup in Fuji; the world accepted it.
Musharaff took the power from Nawas Sherif; the world accepted that too.

The Civil War Leader - should take a look at the history.
Look at Alexander the great, Napoleon, Hitler and the British.
Everyone tried to integrate the land and people; to establish their empire.
They were successful to a great extent.

Integration is the winning strategy than the Partition.

Alexander the great, won a city; then chose a leader;
gave that leader the authority to run the city government;
had that leader responsible for the development of that city.

Likewise, this Civil War Leader should appoint a leader for each city,
that is in his control. Give that city leader all the authority to run the city government.
Have that city leader responsible for the development of that city.

If this strategy had been followed, then all the cities in the north
would have developed. On looking at this development,
people in other regions would have extended their support
to this Civil War Leader to develop their regions too.
