Think Different.
Yes, that is Gandhi's way.
Ahmisa is not Gandhi's way.
Non-Violence is not Gandhi's way.
Different approach is Gandhi's way.
Innovative thinking is Gandhi's way.
Had the British been very nice and friendly to the Indian public,
had the British adopted the Non-Violence way,
Gandhi would have taken arms;
Gandhi would have been Violent.
Gandhi would have followed George Washington way
to fight against the British.
Here is the Gandhi's way:
Do not continue to play the same game;
They might have been playing for many years;
They might have developed their skills in the current game;
So, it is not possible to win.
Start a fresh new game.
If they are violent, then you start a non-violence game.
If they are non-violent, then you start a violence game.
If they are good at playing soccer or football,
challenge them to play table tennis.
If they are good at playing chess,
challenge them to play hockey.
If they are lions & tigers,
have the fight in the water.
If they are sharks,
have the fight in the land.
When you start a fresh game,
you and the other person is at the same level.
You may have a slight advantage over the other person.
Since you are starting a fresh game,
you have the advantage of choosing the game.
Since it is a new game, you are prepared for it.
But the other person will have the difficulty
in giving up his game and participate in your game.
So, the other person could not give up his current game
and could not participate in your new game.
By the time, the other person realise the fact
about your game, he will be completely lost and you win.
That is Gandhi's way.
So, think different and start a new game.
Your earlier game was military.
You were good at it.
Now they are also getting better at it.
So give it up and start a new game.
List the current issues in Sri Lanka,
and start a new game based on those issues.
Good Politics, Good Governance and
Economic Development are the current issues in Sri Lanka.
Start with the Economic Development.
No one stops you from building a Disneyland entertainment park
or Sea World shark show in Yaalpaanam.
Once you start showing economic develoment,
you will win the hearts of the people.
Once you win the hearts of the people,
you will win their votes.
Once you win their votes, you will get
more number of members in Legislature and Parliament.
Once you get enough number of members
you can pass any resolution you want.
The choice will be yours.
You can have a United Sri Lanka or Divided.
So the fact is:
India or Norway or any other country
do not have authority to divide Sri Lanka.
So it is waste of your time to win their support.
Then who has the authority?
Does the President of Sri Lanka have the authority to divide Sri Lanka?
No. A big No.
Then who has the authority to divide Sri Lanka?
Prime Minister?
No Again.
Supreme Court of Sri Lanka?
No Again.
Then who has the Authority to fulfill your demands to divide Sri Lanka?
Those Members of Parliament.
Yes. It is the same old Number Game.
Yes they have the Authority.
All you need to win the support of enough members
to pass a resolution to fulfill your demands.
But once you have enough Members of Parliament
then you may not divide the nation,
you would rather rule the United Sri Lanka.
