NLC - Abandon Yesterday, To Create Tomorrow.

If leaders are unable to slough off yesterday, to abandon yesterday,
they simply will not be able to create tomorrow.
The question has to be asked-and asked seriously,
"If we did not do this already,
would we, knowing what we know, go into it now?"
If the answer is No, the reaction must be "What do we do now?".
Ask this question for the Neyveli Lignite Corporation.
Do we start a new Power Plant using the Coal as a main fuel Now?
No.
Ten years ago, we were in need for electicity and
we did not worry about its production process.
Ten years ago, we had no knowledge about other sources of energy.
Today, more than profit, we are concerned about our Environment and Pollution.
Today, we have money to invest on advanced technology in Power Generation.
Today, US has agreed to setup the Nuclear Power Plants in India.
This US-India partnarship is a Win-Win for both countries.
India gets advanced power generation plants.
US gets 40 Billion Dollar worth business from India.
So far Indian Software Engineers were coming and settling in California.
From now on, American Nuclear Engineers will be coming and settling in different parts of India.
So, abandonment of Neyveli Lignite Corporation is the Right thing to do.
Besides that it is a big mistake on the top management of the NLC.
NLC failed to innovate.
NLC assumed that coal will be available forever.
NLC did not care about the environment and protection from pollution.
NLC should have developed the knowledge and skill on other sources of energy.
This is what happen, if you fail to innovate.
If NLC had the knowledge about Nuclear Power Plant,
then we would not have gone to US for the technology.
NLC just assumed that the political parties constantly protects them.
In those days, the main population were Agriculturists or Industrial Workers.
Those population mostly supported the Communist party.
Today, the main population is Knowledge Workers.
Knowledge Workers do not support any party; they support Great Leadership.
With his Effective Leadership, Manmohan Singh leads India to a Developed Nation.
Manmohan Singh does not make decisions just because
those are acceptable to his other political friends.
Manmohan Singh does not make decisions, just because,
they will make the Congress party strong.
Manmohan Singh makes the Right Decisions.
Those decisions will make India strong; Indian economy strong.
How does the Leader make the Right Decision?
It is Simple.
Ask your Conscience. What is Right and Wrong?
Listen to it and act upon it, firmly.
