In India, who is responsible for the Nuclear Bomb?

No Authority!

Thanks to the British
for the introduction of the Chaotic Democracy to the World.
Neither the President nor the Prime Minister of India
has the authority to use the Nuclear Bomb.
In the United States, the President holds the key for the Nuclear Bomb.
In Pakistan, Musharaff holds the key for the Nuclear Bomb.
In India - No one holds the key for the Nuclear Bomb.
That is the bad state of the Constitution of India.
In US, it is People's Democracy.
In Pakistan, it is Dictatorship.
In India, it is Chaotic Democracy.
Dictatorship is the best alternative to the People's Democracy.
Unfortunately, President Bush spent so much time and energy
in promoting this British style Chaotic Democracy to the rest of the World.
In the British style Chaotic Democracy, it used to be less confusion before the election.
More confusion after the election.
You don't need to reinvent the wheel.
Just adopt the Constitution of the United States.
Constitution of the United States is not the perfect one without any defects.
But it is the best on Planet Earth.
United States Constitution is the Constitution for Mankind.
Coming to Indian Constituion...
You have a Captain for the Cricket game.
You have a Captain for the Ship.
You have a CEO for your organization.
But not for the country India.
India has no Captain.
Constitutionally, President of India is the Head of the State.
But the real fact is, President of India is a dummy without any Power or Responsibility.
Constitutionally, Prime Minister of India has the Responsibility of runnig the Country.
But the real fact is, Prime Minister has no Power.
The Prime Minister has to always dance to the tune of the members of the Legislative Branch.
If the Prime Minister stops to dance, he/she needs to go home.
This is not only for the Prime Minister of India; but also the same for
the British, Canada, Australia and many other countries Prime Ministers.
The Ship needs a Captain.
The Cricket game needs a Captain.
The Country definately needs a Captain.
In the normal period, the Captain has no job.
But in the crisis, the Captain takes the decision with so much responsibility.
When the Ship hit a rock, the Captain can not call for a meeting.
The Captain has to take the decision and issue orders.
In the game of Cricket, you can not call for a board meeting to take decision
about who has to bowl the next over?
So the country India needs a Captain to run the country; not a bunch of clowns.
Fix the cause; not symptoms. Fix the defects in the Constitution of India.
Let people directly elect the President of India.
Let the President run the Country.
Let the President be the Captain, CEO of India.
President is assisted by Secratary of State, Defence, Education, Trasportation, etc.
No Prime Ministers; No Cabinet Ministers.
In People's Democracy, there is no King. So we do not need any Ministers.
Responsible, Service minded citizens go to the Parliament.
The Legislative Branch will be strengthened with patriotic citizens of India.
These reforms are against the interests of the current active politicians.
So they will not do it.
Jayalalitha is emerging as a matured, responsible national leader.
Jayalalitha can and will fix the defects in the Constitution of India.
