The United States of America have been experimenting with democracy
for more than 300 years. That action makes America stronger.

It took 300 years for the British to build India as a nation.

It took 300 years for the Indian public to get the confidence
to run their own government. That realization made them
to fight for the Independence.

Now, in IRAQ, we try to establish Democracy overnight.

Democracy can be established any where on Earth.
But definately not overnight.

It takes time and careful planning
