Constructive Leadership

Destructive Leadership
|
The distance between the leaders and the average is a constant.
The Effective Executive - by Peter Drucker.
|
The distance between the leaders and their followers is a constant.
The constructive leaders, with their vision, they move forward and upward.
With their leadership, the constructive leaders take their followers to greater heights.
The destructive leaders, with their sick mind, they move backward and downward.
With their leadership, the destructive leaders take their followers to graveyards.
In the recent years, with his constant motivation, Abdul Kalam takes
the Indian youths to the future. Indian youths are working towards making
India a developed nation in 2020. Indian youths will make Abdul Kalam dream come true.
With his destructive vision, Bin Laden takes the muslim youths to the past.
By becoming terrorists, the muslim youths lost their future.
The terrorists are working towards making the world a graveyard.
They may make Bin Laden dream come true.
Abdul Kalam, emerges as a constructive leader by bringing people of India together.
Bin Laden emerges as destructive leader by dividing people in the name of religion.
Abdul Kalam climbs Mount Everest and gives hands to others to come up.
In this case, the distance between the leader and his followers gets shorter.
Bin Laden still lives and pushes his terrorist followers into the death well.
In this case, the distance between the leader and his followers gets wider.
Naturally, Bin Laden job is much easier. Abdul Kalam job is much harder.
Youths are like clay. Any one can mold them.
Bin Laden picks up that clay and dump it as a junk faster.
Abdul Kalam tries to make a beautiful, loving life out of it.
The focus needs to be shifted from that destructive Bin laden
to the creative, inspiring, motivating Abdul Kalam.
Move Abdul Kalam in the world arena, to save this Planet Earth.
Abdul Kalam is capable of bringing in the much wanted change.
No other country except India understand the value of peace.
Others do not belive in Peace. Others have not seen the power of peace.
Gandhi built India with Peace.
Gandhi would have built an Empire in this world with Peace.
Abdul Kalam Bhai, go and build that Empire of Peace.
Let Gandhi's vision of Peace On Earth come true.
