Right now, the whole world is watching the development at IRAQ.
The success in IRAQ will be a success for the Mankind.
The US & UK shall continue to take care of the security.
At the same time, the civil services need to be established.
You need a Strong, Powerful Leader to carry out this mission.
The India President Dr. Abdul Kalam is capable of accomplishing it.
The International community shall bring in Dr. Abdul Kalam to IRAQ.
First Objective is to establish the Civil Services in IRAQ.
Establish the civil services in IRAQ just like what the British did to India.
That is how India was built.
British established the Civil Services first.
Then they helped the Indian People to run the city government to start with.
Running a National level government needs a lot of skills.
Even after 60 years, Indians are struggling to run a democratic government.
So it is better to start small and slowly delegate
more responsibility to the local citizens.
Dr. Abdul Kalam shall take a team of active and retired
Indian Administrative Services, Police Services, Revenue Services
officers and judges to IRAQ.
Those officers shall build and develop the local police stations,
schools, hospitals and other civil services with the help of IRAQ people.

Second Objective is to lead those Muslims all over the world
in the right path and bring them back to the main stream of humanity.
Dr. Abdul Kalam is a good preacher. With his preachings,
he shall open up the Analytical & Logical thinking of those misdirected youths.
Dr. Abdul Kalam help those youth to start living.
Living ends Terrorism.
On achieving these objectives, Dr. Abdul Kalam would emerge as a World Leader.
With that achievement, Gandhi's mission,
Peace on Earth would be accomplished.
With that achievement, J.Krishnamurti's mission,
Freedom for Mankind would also be accomplished.
