Jayalalitha: Yes Mr.President! I am ready.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: Manmohan Singh is good.
But you know, he can not hang on there for ever.
His congress friends and communists will not let him be there for any longer.
Moreover, Manmohan Singh was not the first choice for the Prime Minister post.
By accident, Manmohan Singh became the Prime Minister.
Once the Rahul or Priyanka is ready, they will ask Manmohan to go home.
So, you are my only hope.
Jayalalitha: I will make your dream come true.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: You got a tremendous experience in managing the state.
You finished that Veerappan.
You maintain the security well and made Tamilnadu a safe place.
You have got a wonderful track record.
You are a born leader.
Jayalalitha: I am getting better. I did make a few mistakes earlier.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: We learn from our mistakes.
The important thing is, those mistakes should not be repeated.
You should take utmost care of it.
Take advice from the experts. But the decision making, you need to do it.
You can not delegate the Decision Making to anyone
Great Leaders walk alone.
Great Leaders have no friends in public.
Gandhi developed friendship with Nehru.
Because of his friendship with Nehru,
Gandhi had to be partial to Subash Chandra Bose, Jinna, Rajaji
and so many great leaders.
Nehru exploited Gandhi's friendship to get the power.
Nehru family have been continously exploiting with the
last name 'Gandhi'.
It is hard to explain that
Sonia Gandhi is not the daughter of Mahatma Gandhi.
Gandhi should have become the First President of India.
Just like, George Washington,
Gandhi should have been the model for the future generation.
Imagine, Gandhi as the President of India.
There would not have been the partition. no Pakistan.
no Bangaladesh. no fight for Kashmir.
From Dacca to Karachi, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari,
it would have been the United States of India.
Gandhi would have travelled around the world
as the First President of India and
let people understand the value of Peace.
Gandhi would have built the Empire of Peace on Planet Earth.
So, we need a Strong Leader like you to lead the country.
Jayalalitha: I have gained skills in managing crisis like
Tsunami and Flood. Really learnt a lot. Now I am convinced that
the best way to handle any crisis is to be prepared for it.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: You have real, hands-on experience.
Those leaders hanging around there in Delhi,
have no experience in managing anything.
They can not even manage a city government,
but want to become the Prime Minsiter of India.
Experience is the Best Teacher.
Jayalalitha: I have asked for thirteen thousand crores
to rebuild the infrastructure in Tamilnadu.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: Remember that it is not my money or yours or
Manmohanji's. It is the People of India's money.
Gandhi raised concerns for the salary of Rs 750 for the Governer General.
Now, we have been wasting crores and crores of rupees to conduct election in Bihar.
Even here, if you had taken care of all these dams & roads
before the rain came, it would have cost less.
If we behave proactively, we could have built all these infrastructure
in a more efficent way. Now that damages have happened,
we need to spend so much to manage the crisis.
Jayalalitha: I couldn't focus on any constructive work,
because of constant trouble from the political leaders.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: How silly you are. Not just in politics.
Even in business organization, they will not let you succeed.
The best way to handle all those troubles is to ignore it.
Nowadays, you are doing the right thing. just continue.
Focus on your Performance. Excel in it.
Set Standards for others to follow.
Be a model Chief Minister. Other states will follow your model.
So, what is your future plan?
Jayalalitha: Right now, I am working to bring back
the normal life in Tamilnadu. And also I am giving away
the relief money to the public.
Abdul Kalam Bhai: This giving away relief money is like,
government bribing the public.
Just to make the public to take it easy on the failure of the governments.
Instead of giving Rs 2000 to the family,
you could have given the best road with the rain water drainage.
Ok, as a politicians, you need to give away relief. go ahead.
Look, I have been going around the world and announcing that
in 2020, India would become the Developed Nation.
Without doing any work in that direction...
On December 31, 2019 day, at midnight, if all the indians
come out of their house and shout that India become the
Developed Nation....
That will not help. That is not what I meant.
I need action. Now. Right now.
Can you lead?
Jayalalitha: Cool down Mr. President.
Don't worry. I am here. I have already started working on that.
I will lead the nation. It is my responsibility and duty too.
Here is my strategy:
1. Till April 2006, Let me work in rebuilding Tamilnadu in the best way.
With that excellent performance, I would win the full confidence of
the people of tamilnadu.
2. On May 2006, I will deliver a speech to the nation.
In that address, I will roll out my plan in rebuilding the nation
as a Developed Nation.
3. I can not carry the burden of the political party.
On May 2006, I will disolve the party and convert it into
a social service organization.
4. Without any political party identity, I will approach the People of India.
5. I get my strength from the People of India.
My alliance will be with the People of India.
6. I will be a model for the Future Leaders.
7. I will reform the Constitution of India.
8. I will give the power to elect the Head of the State and
the Head of the Nation to the people.
9. Let the People choose the Leader of the State or the Nation.
Not the MLA's & MP's.
10. Once the party flag is gone and the party symbol is gone,
all the political parties would be gone.
11. Then the Leaders would emerge.
12. I will have no ministers. Instead I will have the Secretaries.
Well educated, trained and experienced IAS, IPS officers will help us
to manage the nation efficiently.
Abdul Kalam: Wow ! Superb !!
I am confident that My Dream would come true.
In fact it has come true.
