All these educated, well-trained civil services executives are
the best resources for our governments.

Our Politicians do not use these resources in the best way.

Instead of threatening these executives with the transfer to remote places,
motivate them to excel in their Performances.

Ask them, what is your mission in life.
Ask them, what do they want to achieve.

Identify the executives who love to take up Responsibilities.
Identify the executive who love to take up challenging tasks.
Empower them.
Give them all resources.
They will perform.
They will give the excellent performance.

All you need is a Leader from the People
to head the State or the Country.

Rest of the administration can be effectively done with
the help of these Civil Services Officers.

Jayalalitha is not a born politician.
Jayalalitha did not build her career as a politician.
Jayalalitha did not start her own party.
Jayalalitha is a born Leader.
Jayalalitha followed the usual way of all the politicians.
Jayalalitha tried to develop the party and
try to negotiate the alliance with Congress or BJP at the national level.

But now, Jayalalitha changed completely.
Jayalalitha realised that the political parties are
burden to the country and to the people.

Since Jayalaitha had not started aiadmk,
she has no hesitation to dissolve the party.

Her action of dissolving the party will send a ripple effect in the country.

People will then say, Yes, Jayalalitha is right.
We do not need parties. We need Leaders.

People will then authorize Jayalalitha to reform the Constitution of India.

In Constitution of Modern India, the head of the State or the Country,
will be elected directly by the People; not by MPs or MLAs.

The elected Leader will run the country with the help of
the Civil Services Officers.

The MLAs & MPs do their Legislative duty in the Assembly or Parliament.

The MLAs & MPs do not become the Ministers.

Thus there will be a clear separation of power between
Executive & Legislative branches.
