Who is the CEO?
Fun & Entertainment by Indian Politicians

Not Free; It is on people's tax money.
|
Blame the British for inventing this evil form of Democracy.
British democracy designed by the King; not by the people.
It is not the democracy by the people; for the people; of the people.
If it is people democracy, then people will not let their tax money
go waste on these entertainments.
It is fun to watch to see those MLAs go on tour in Tamilnadu & Goa.
It has the thrill & suspense like a one day cricket match.
But who pay for these Fun & Entertainment.
It is not free.
You work hard in the call center in the night.
You work hard and crack your head to code in Java or .Net.
Then you pay the tax to the government.
It is all paid from that tax money.
Appreciate Jayalalitha.
Jayalalitha is completing the full term; solid five years.
Jayalalitha's government is stable.
There has not been this kind of fun in Tamilnadu.
People's tax money did not go waste.
So the stability of the government depends on the Individual.
That individual needs to keep his/her MLAs under full control.
Generally, that individual needs to use terror as the tool
to keep his/her MLAs loyal to the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister can not concentrate any developmental activity.
The Chief Minister constantly worries about his/her position.
How about the Prime Minister?
Does the Prime Minister feel that his/her position is safe?
a big NO.
We got the best, effective Executive, Manmohan Singh as our Prime Minister.
Manmohan Singh faces challenges from four sets of people, almost everyday.
The first challenge is from within the party.
Rahul challenges Manmohan Singh.
Other Congress friends like, Pranab, Arjun and so on challenges Manmohan Singh.
The second challenge is from the alliance parties.
Manmohan Singh satisfied his alliance partners by giving them Ministerial posts.
Besides that, Manmohan Singh has to dance to the tune of Karunanidhi, Ramdoss and so on.
Sarad Pawar said, how can I challenge Manmohan Singh with nine MPs on hand.
The third challenge is from the supporting parties like communists.
Communists do not share the responsibility of managing the goverment.
But they dictate their terms.
That is authority without responsibility. This is bigger evil.
The fourth challenge is from the opposition parties.
This is lesser evil.
Manmohan Singh can expect trouble from this set of people and be prepared to handle them.
Do you think, Manmohan Singh can have a peaceful sleep everyday?
We say, the politicians are bad. Good people should come forward and
participate in active politics to develop the nation and its people.
Manmohan Singh is the best of the best human.
So, something wrong with the system. not with the people.
The system is very badly designed. The system is the failure.
The political system in India makes everyone weak and powerless.
We have a President.
Good thing is we do not have an Opposition President.
So the President has no opposition.
So, he/she can focus his/her thoughts on developing the nation.
But the bad thing is, The President of India is dummy.
The President of India has no power.
The President has to please all the political parties
in order to be appointed for the second term.
But Abdul Kalam does not want to please any one for any position.
So, Abdul Kalam said, he wants to go back to his teaching position.
We have a Prime Minister.
First of all, why do we need any MINISTER.
Ministers are only for KING.
In Democracy, there is no King. Then why do we need MINISTERS.
The British Democracy designed by THE KING for their survival.
It works very well to protect the Kingdom, for many centuries, till now.
Even today, it is Her Majesty's Government in England.
Not only us, the whole world adopt the evil form of Democracy.
The British form democracy just eliminated the King or Queen.
But it creates many Masters around the world.
These Masters treat their people as their Slaves.
It does not create any Leaders.
Winston Churchill was the only exception.
Then we have a set of Cabinet Ministers.
Lallu is the Railway Minister.
Kapil Sibel is the Science Minister and so on.
Did Manmohan Singh appoint them as his Ministers,
because of their exceptional skills in that area?
If Manmohan Singh is a CEO of a corporation,
he won't even let them enter his office.
Then coming to State.
Look at Dharam Singh, the Chief Minister of Karnataka.
How can Dharam Singh focus on making the roads in Bangalore good,
when his position is shaky.
By design, the system makes the Chief Minister weak.
The Governor of the State.
We call the Governor as the Head of the State. But he is another dummy.
British Democracy is the most inefficient form of democracy.
By establishing an Empire, the British propagated
this chaotic form of Democracy all around the world.
Now, the Americans spread this chaos for the rest of the world, in the name of Democracy.
The United States Consitution is the Constitution for the Mankind.
It provides the Stability.
The Power is Balanced.
Power is replaced with Responsibility.
The President is the CEO of the country.
The Governor is the CEO of the state.
Their position is stable and have no opposition.
The Executive power is balanced by the Legislative power.
The Governor's responsibility is to take good care of his state and its people.
The President's responsibility is to take good care of his country and its people.
The only replacement for the American Democracy is the Dictatorship.
In IRAQ, Saddam's dictatorship was better than the current British form of democracy.
In India, the british empire was better than the current chaos.
Coming back to Indian Consitution...
The bottom line is - The System does not provide Stability.
Stability is the basic requirement for good governance.
So, we need to revisit the Constitution.
Indian Constitution was designed 50 years ago.
Those days, the politicians were the followers of Gandhi.
The Indian Constituion was designed for them.
Now good, service oriented people hesitate to enter Politics.
Any good program would turn into ugly after thirty years.
So, it needs to be reviewed and reformed to make it good.
The Stability question came up in Goa; then in Bihar; now in Karnataka.
It will get worse in the coming years.
It is a simple question.
Who is the CEO of the State?
Right now this question is being asked in the assembly floor.
MLAs need to answer this question.
Our Legislators find it difficult to answer this question.
So, let us not bother our Legislators.
Let us ask this question to the PEOPLE.
Let the PEOPLE answer this question.
Let the PEOPLE be the King Maker.
Free the Legislator from the burden of Executive responsibility.
Let our Legislators just focus on Legislative responsibility.
Let us separate the branches.
No more mix up of Legislative with the Executive.
Just wait for a week.
Jayalalitha will roll out the plan for Building the Modern India.
India is not a poor country; It is poorly managed country.
Pretty soon India will be effectively managed.
