In India, Judgements are passed by the Politicians

Before the Tamilnadu State Election,
Sivakasi Jayalakshmi was guilty.
Now that the election was over and DMK is in power,
Sivakasi Jayalakshmi is innocent.
So it is obvious that the Executive Branch writes the Judgement.
The Judicial Branch just reads the Judgement written by those politicians.
Thanks to the British for the mess.
Thanks to Gandhi for making more mess.
In India, the Constitution is based on the British Political System.
In that model, the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch are mixed.
There is no clear separation of power.
So both Legislative & Executive become weak and dummy.
That model is a failure.
Even in Iraq, it is a failure.
People do their duty by participating in the election process.
But we do not get an autonomous, performing government, after the election.
We spent millions and millions of money for this British model failure.
We all know that the Legislative & Executive branches are mixed.
Now it is obvious that, even the Judicial Branch
is controlled by the Executive Branch.
These Politicians write the Judgement. Those judges just read them.
That is the reason, this Sivakasi Jayalakshmi was guilty last month;
Now she is innocent.
It is time, we need to reform the Constitution of India.
