The CEO of Tamilnadu State Government has no willingness
to play these kind of tricks everyday.
But he/she has no other go; They have to do this for their survival.
The Indian Constitution does not provide Stability.
Blame the British.
It does not provide stable government even for six months.
Democracy does not mean Frequent Election Process.
As per the Constitution, the Governments should be stable for Five Years.
But it does not provide the stability.
Frequent Election Process costs you Big Tax Money; Time; Security.
Because of the instability, the job of the CEO becomes so difficult.
The CEO has to do all kinds of trick for his/her survival.
How can any one perform and deliver result in this instable condition?
Do not try to make a new law to prevent the alliance from breaking up.
That will be another patch.
Do not try to fix the Symptoms. All these tricks are symptoms.
Find out the cause and treat it.
Give stability to those CEO of the Governments.
Let the People DIRECTLY Elect the CEO.
