The captain has all the autonomous power to take decisions on the field.
At the same time, the captain is held accountable for the success or
the failure of the team. The captain has to explain the reason for
the decisions that he had made.
In the field, the captain tries to take the right decision and some time
little bit risk too to achieve the best result.
The performance is measured.
When his team performs good, he has been appreciated for the best leadership.
His press meet becomes harder, when his team does not perform good.
This model works well. In this model, Indian Cricket Team gets
an Effective Leader. The team performs. It wins in the International level.
