Weak Leaders make others also Weak.
George Washington was a powerful leader.
With his leadership, America got freedom from British.
After freedom, with his long term vision, George Washington
drafted the Constitution of the United States of America.
It is the best constitution on Planet Earth, even after 300 years.
George Washington understood his responsibility as the leader.
As a role model, George Washington became the First President.
Strong Leaders make others Strong too.
After George Washington, all his associates became Strong Leader too
and made a wonderful contribution for the nation.
Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and many great leaders.
In India, we had many great leaders too.
Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Rajaji and many more.
Gandhi didn't make others Strong. Infact, Gandhi made others weak.
Gandhi resigned from primary membership of the Congress in 1934.
But Gandhi influenced the CWC - Congress Working Committe.
Gandhi did not want to take the burden of managing the Congress Party.
But, Gandhi wanted to have the control on the Congress Party.
Gandhi gave so much trouble to Subash Chandr Bose and
Bose had to resign from the post.
Gandhi was partial and friendly to Nehru.
Nehru used Gandhi to the full extent.
Nehru got the "Gandhi" name also for his family.
Nehru acted as if he listened to Gandhi all the time.
Once Nehru became the Prime Minister, he stopped listening to Gandhi.
Nehru became the Prime Minister much before 1947.
Nehru became the Prime Minister of the Interim Government in 1945.
Gandhi suggested to Nehru to give the Interim Prime Ministership to Jinna
to avoid the partition of the nation.
Even, Mountpatten appreciated this idea.
But Nehru did not accept his guru's suggestion.
It may not be an exaggeration, if we say that...
The Nehru Government would have had a big sigh of relief,
when Gandhi was assassinated.
Otherwise, Gandhi would have given more trouble to Nehru Government.
