Jayalalitha can only issue order for the flood relief.

Jayalalitha can not micro manage the activities at the ward level.

The officers had to take up the responsibility and execute the order.

Nothing motivates these officers to give excellent performance.

Good performance never be appreciated.

Bad performance came to notice through press,
after so much damage has already been done.

Since these officers are not empowered, they won't take any risk.

They don't even assume any responsibility.

They pass the responsibility to others.

All they want is "The Title".

They want to occupy that big position, before their retirement.

With these big governments,
we couldn't stop the Kumbakonam fire accident.
we couldn't distribute the flood relief.
we couldn't stop so many big corruptions.

These officers are not leaders. It is just a crowd.

They give so many reasons for their failure.

We need Leaders. We need performing leaders.
We need Leaders who can take responsibility.
We need Leaders who can take up challenges.

Identify those leaders and empower them.
They will give the best performance.

That team worked on Veerappan case.
That team had Leader.
That Leader took total responsibility.
That Leader loved challenges.
That Leader gave excellent performance.

We need that kind of Leader.
