In Cricket team, each individual has special skill.
Each individual has their responsibility.
Each individula has a fixed role.
They pretty much stay in that position.
They are in the team. But pretty mush they are alone, when they perform.
When Sachin Tendulker goes into the field with his bat, he is alone.
Sachin has to face the tough bowling and make that ball to sixer.
Each individual excel in their actions.
Each individual make their contributions for the success of the team.
Similarly in an orchestra, some play violin. some play flute.
But together, they produce a wonderful music.
In this kind of team, the leader has a higher responsibility to make it success.
In Cricket, the captain has to use his right resources at the right time.
In Film Making, the director has the greater responsibility.
In Orchestra, the conductor makes the right instrument to play at the right time.
In these teams, Individuals emerge as a Star.
In Cricket, Man of the Match.
In Films, Super Star.
In Music, Star singer.
All these team concepts are from Peter Drucker.
My mission is to serve Peter Drucker's ideas to Leaders in India, with Indian masala.
