In Chennai, most of the IT companies are situated far from the city.
The companies provide the bus services.
Some of the software professionals said that,
they go home around 10 pm in the night.
but they are expected to be back to work at 7 am.
Since they depend on the company bus, they have to rush at 7 am.
If they come to work at 7 am, then let them go back home around 5 or 6.
One fact the managers need to realise that, the software professionals
can creatively contribute only for four hours a day.
Beyond four hours, they are physically present, drinking coffee,
checking emails, chatting with friends etc.
For Computer professionals, take a break. Relax.
You are not a Knowledge Worker.
You are a Creative Worker.
You need to have your mind very light.
Work only in the office.
Don't take the work home.
Don't even check email at home.
You need to relax. Relax a lot.
Hardwork is no good.
Smart work is appreciated.
