Effective Judicial Branch

If you can not respect the Judgement,
then let us not have the Judicial Branch.

In the whole nation...
there is one Leader;
only one Leader;
who is free and independent;
who makes the "Right" Decision;
who follows the best practices in Political Management;
who has the courage to bring in changes in the Indian Politics;
who is emerging as a role model for the future leaders;
who has already started making a strong base for building Modern India;
that Strong Leader is...
Jayalalitha.

Changes in the Indian Politics,
could not have happened or
would not have happened,
if Jayalalitha had not been there
It would have continued in the same way for
another three hundred years, if Jayalalitha
had not been there in Indian Politics.
Thank God!
Atleast, we have one Strong Leader in the whole nation.
Jayalalitha follows the best practices.
Jayalalitha did not send the party workers to fight in the street.
Instead, Jayalalitha approached the Judicial Branch.
This new approach deserves a great appreciation.
This approach makes the Judicial Branch Responsible & Effective.
This approach teaches the People
about the importance of the Judicial Branch.
On October 1, 2007, People did ask the Right Question?
What happens to the Supreme Court Judgement?
Changes are natural and organic.
A few try to resist the changes.
They may succeed in delaying the changes; but can not stop it.
Strong Nation needs Effective Judicial Branch.
Strong Nation needs Effective Executive Branch.
Strong Nation needs Effective Legislative Branch.
Judicial Branch has no Politicians.
Judicial Branch has well educated, socially responsible citizens.
So, there should not be any problem in making the Judicial Branch Effective.
Next, Executive Branch.
Executive Branch consists of IAS, IPS and other civil services officers.
Executive Branch does have a few Politicians.
These Politicians are Ministers, CM & PM.
But these Politicians are Responsible Leaders.
No excuse is acceptable, in not making the Executive Branch Effective.
Legislative Branch.
Yes. All are Politicians.
If the Judicial & Executive become Effective,
the Legislative Branch will also become Effective.
