Recently the Chennai Police shot down a local criminal, "Bunk Kumar".
Now this kind of Police Encounter is acceptable to everyone.
Earlier the Police used to give a story like,
the criminal tried to escape from the Police custody.
So, Police had to shoot at that criminal.
Nowadays, it is so obvious to everyone.
So Police stopped giving any details about the encounter "accident".
If it is ok to everyone, then we do not need
the Judicial Branch, Court & Judges.
The Supreme Court awarded Death Penalty.
But it is still under consideration to execute it or not.
Here the Tamilnadu Police pass the Judgement; awarded the Punishment; executed too.
Let the Executive Branch take care of the Justice and award the Punishment.
Let the Legislative Branch pass the Encounter Law in the Legislature.
If the Police can come to the conclusion of "Guilty",
then they can award and execute the Capital Punishment to that criminal.
Police, Executive Branch can be proud of "Encounter Accident".
But "Police Encounter" is an insult to the Judicial Branch.
